I had an issue with the headlights one night — no questions asked, they swapped the car the next day and even gave me a better unit with a phone mount. 100% recommended. Great prices, esp. off-season. Who needs a near-new car that the big players like Hertz or Avis with the added inevitable cost. I just want a car from A to B while I was in ChCh. Go for a hybrid by the way.....very fuel-efficient! I had a mini-crisis missing my flight, necessitating last-second after-hours pick-up from airport and the company actually picks up calls and very efficient in dealing with my stressful predicament. All the staff (all Chinese it seems) are pleasant and friendly. Also....left my very expensive camera on the carpark tarmac in the dark in my haste and it was there in their office the next day after very honest customer found it to my huge relief. Testament of the customer and the company's honesty. Will use again for sure.

We hired the Toyota Corolla Sedan for 8 days. From booking to pick up and drop off the experience was an easy flow. The car is very clean, with no mechanical problems. For the price of what I paid, I very much which was exceptional affordable, I highly recommend Yes Rentals

Rebecca provided absolutely excellent service and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. She went above and beyond by waiting for us after hours, even though she didn’t have to. If Rebecca hadn’t waited for us, we would have been completely stranded after our flight was diverted. She was extremely understanding, patient, and accommodating, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Her willingness to help us at such short notice really meant a lot. We truly appreciate the effort she made and the excellent customer service she provided. Rebecca is a credit to the company, and we would definitely recommend yes rentals to anyone.
